Web Foundations

This course covers beginning Web Authoring and Publishing. You will learn the skills required to design and publish web documents, generate links, the components of an HTML document, and advanced HTML features such as tables, images and frames. Create HTML forms. Access Common Gateway Interface (CGI), and run CGI Scripts such as Perl and BASIC. Learn about graphics and images, use web authoring tools such as Homesite, WS-FTP and BB edit, and implement cascading style sheets. Also covers DHTML and introduces to JavaScript. You will review cross-browser issues, navigation, and elements. Great for anyone who wants to design a page on the Internet.

Web Intermediate: Functionality, Navigation and Design
This course covers the essential steps of Web Site Design from design strategies to incorporating interactive elements. Instruction and hands-on lab exercises help you learn the importance of following the Top 10 Best Practices. Review bit and depth designs, identify low bandwith file types, and create graphic elements, objects and effects with imaging software. Also covers animation technologies and tools. Great for Web Designers, GUI Designers, Web Masters, desktop publishers, editors, writers and marketers.

Web Expert: ASP Pages
This course introduces advanced web authoring tasks. You will learn to modify and use the following server side scripts and commands to enhance a web site: PERL, SSI (Server Side Includes) commands, Java Scripts and Java Applets as well as advanced DHTML and database-driven HTML with ASP.

AJAX: Asynchronous JavaScript and XML
In this course you will learn how to utilize compelling AJAX methods. Build smooth and responsive web applications employing Ajax. You will learn to implement Ajax techniques in combination with XHTML, HTML, and CSS. Practice writing JavaScript code that fire off asynchronous requests to web servers. Finally, build upon your XML skills to apply to practical applications.

Microsoft .Net Framework: Foundation Development
This couse will teach you to develop web applications that use system types and collections. Learn to implement service processes, threading and domains in a .Net framework. Learn how to serialize and implement imput/output functionality for .Net. Improve security and implement interoperability, reflection, and mailing function.

Advanced Web Developer

Microsoft Visual C++
In this course you will learn to write proper code. This hands-on course introduces C and C++ languages as well as principles of object-oriented programming. Topics include variables, constants, operators, arrays, classes, inheritance, polymorphism, functions, namespaces, iterators, structures, pointers, and C++ Standard Template Library.
Course Length: 32 Hours

Programming with C#
Learn how C# fits within the .NET platform. Identify the basic components of C# as well as write, compile, and run simple C# programs. Create, name, and assign values to delegates, members, and variables with data types. Also covers classes and structures, class methods, properties, indexers, and destructors. Learn data conversion types, in addition to using and modifying C# namespaces. Understand common statements that implement flow control, looping, and exception handling. Construct methods (functions and subroutines) that can return values and take parameters. Create, initialize and use arrays. Define operators, use delegates, and add event specifications. Implement properties and indexers. Use C# for Web access, XML Web Services consumption, debugging, and assembly deployment issues for console applications.

Designing and Developing Web Applications: Microsoft .Net
Learn to build web applications for the internet and intranets using ASP.NET and Microsoft.NET. Discover various techniques for the design and development of user interfaces, components, and application frameworks. Create and apply testing strategies to determine successful web applications. Evaluate damage caused by bugs and learn how to fix the problems they cause.
